Light Up A Life 2010

The Natasha Goulbourn Foundation launched the Life Up a Life Project.  In line with its mission to increase awareness about Depression and Suicide Prevention, this project aims to reach out to the children left behind of OFWs – one of the most vulnerable groups due to the emotional impact of separation in their lives.

NGF believes that these children are in deep need of love, guidance and caring from their loved ones and must receive proper assistance in order for them to establish positive coping mechanism patterns.

Simultaneously with the program, concrete measures are being undertaken to raise awareness in the alarming increase of cases of suicide among teenagers.
